Booking Cancellations:

Cancellation notification times and fees are as follows:

• If cancellation occurs more than 12 hours before the change time, free cancellation London Airport Taxi will only request a refund of the administration fee of £10.00 as a handling (transaction) fee payable to the seller.

• If canceled 6 to 12 hours before the delivery time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

• If canceled less than 6 hours before the delivery time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

• Refunds will take up to 15 business days to process.
