3. Policy on Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellation Timing: Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup.
• For cancellations within 12 hours of pickup, refunds are typically not available, except in cases where flight cancellations are confirmed.

4. Our Pricing Commitment:

• We promise fixed pricing at the time of your booking confirmation. This is part of our dedication to transparent and fair pricing practices.

5. Guidelines for Child Safety:

• Adhering to UK Government Guidelines, we facilitate travel for children and infants without mandatory car seats. Should you require specific car seats, a supplementary charge of £15 per seat will be applied.

6. Selecting the Right Vehicle:

• It is the customer's responsibility to choose a vehicle that meets their passenger and luggage requirements. Our extensive fleet is designed to meet diverse needs, and we are committed to addressing any vehicle mismatch promptly.

7. Handling Lost Items:

If any personal belongings are left in our vehicles, we initiate immediate actions to return them to their rightful owner and store them safely until claimed.
